A Client Has Disappeared From My Account (Coach)

Understand why a client may have completely disappeared from your FITR account and what happens to their past programming.

When a client deletes their FITR account, they are removed from all areas of the platform automatically. This is permanent and cannot be undone from the coach side.


📋 When to use this

  • A client who was active has suddenly vanished from your client list

  • A client is no longer visible in any of your programs

  • You want to understand what happens to their past programming


❓ Why this happens

The most common reason a client disappears completely is that they have deleted their FITR client account. When this happens:

  • They are removed from all programs across the platform

  • Their name and profile are removed from your client list

  • Their active and scheduled subscriptions are cancelled

  • This cannot be reversed — the client would need to create a new account


📁 Accessing their past programming

You can still view the programming you created for a deleted client:

  1. Go to the relevant Program

  2. Open the Past clients tab

  3. The client will appear under a generic placeholder name — their personal data has been removed but the programming record remains


🔧 Troubleshooting & FAQs

The client says they didn't delete their account

  • Cause: In rare cases, an account may be suspended or removed for policy violations.

  • Fix: Ask the client to try logging in — if they can't, they should contact FITR Support directly. Their account may have been deleted or suspended.

The client wants to rejoin

  • Fix: The client will need to create a new FITR account with their email address. You can then re-invite them to your program as a new client. Previous training history will not be recoverable.
