Accept a program invite from the a coach

A coach has invited me to a program, how do I accept the invite?

If a coach has used a method that sends an automated email to you, you'll be able to accept the invitation to join the program directly from the email itself. It will direct you to the program's sales page to download or subscribe to the program.

If the program isn't free, you'll be guided through the payment process too. Clients who have canceled a program can re-subscribe without creating a new account. They should log in using their existing FITR account credentials and access the program through the appropriate invitation or subscription link provided. This process ensures seamless re-enrollment and eliminates the need to set up a new account.

If you don't see the invitation here, please check with your coach first if they've sent the program invitation. Additionally, ensure that the program you are trying to access is not set to private, as this could block new subscriptions. If needed, ask your coach to verify and adjust the program's accessibility settings.
