No, branding customisation is not locked to a special plan. It is included on every paid FITR plan, and it is part of your 14-day free trial too. You do not need to upgrade to a higher tier to use it.

FITR pricing is based on your number of active client subscriptions, and every paid band includes every feature
Branding customisation is one of those features, so whichever paid plan you are on, it is available to you
This covers your customisation options such as colours, logo, and storefront
⚙️ During and after your free trial
Branding customisation is active throughout your 14-day free trial, so you can set everything up straight away
When your trial ends, your customisation settings are saved, with Custom URLs being the one exception
As soon as you are on a paid plan, your saved customisations become active again
🔧 Troubleshooting
If your branding is not appearing after starting your paid plan, give it a few minutes and refresh, as it can take a moment to apply
If you are not sure whether your plan is active, you can check your plan and active client count in your account settings
