The process from start to finish can take up to 2/3 weeks. It first needs to go through our internal checks and processes, making sure it's good enough quality to submit to the App (e.g. picture resolution and size).
Once we approve the design, we'll submit it to the App so your client can choose it. This does require an App update which occur every 2 weeks, roughly.
Once the App has gone through the review process and the update is live, your clients will be able to pick your logo as their App icon.
You can check the progress of your App logo submission via the App logo area within the White Label customisation screens.
