You can indeed.
A client can track their progress, and you can check in with them about it, in three main areas:
Personal Records
Body Metrics
Challenges
For each, the client can track not only a data entry, e.g. their weight, but alongside it they can also add attachments such as progress photos or even videos performing the personal record, e.g. their 1RM Back Squat attempt.
You as a coach can then see their progress over time and also leave any comments you might have.
Have they hit a new PB but their form is off? Maybe they need to drop the weight again.
