Clients do not need to download a new app to see your brand colours and logo. Custom branding appears automatically inside the standard FITR Client App.

No - clients do not need to download a different app to see your branding. Your logo and colours appear automatically inside the existing FITR Client App once they are subscribed to one of your programs.

🎨 How branding works for clients

  • Clients download the standard FITR Client App from the App Store or Google Play

  • Once logged in and subscribed to your program, your brand colours appear automatically

  • When a client logs in, they will be offered the option to swap the FITR app icon for your logo. They can also do this later in their app settings

  • If a client follows multiple coaches, branding switches based on whichever program they are currently viewing

My client updated the app but still can't see my branding

Does the client need to be on the latest version of the app?

  • Yes - custom branding only works on the latest version of the FITR Client App. Ask the client to check for updates in the App Store or Google Play.
