Please make sure your client is on the very latest version of the FITR Client App. Older App versions will not have the ability to apply custom branding.
If the client is on the latest version of the App, please ask them to close down the App fully and then reopen the App. This will tell the system to 'reboot' and look for any new colours from the attached coaches.
If the client is following multiple programs from different coaches, the custom branding will only apply once the client accesses your specific program inside the App.
If they are only following your programming, the branding will apply as soon as they log into the App.
