How to reschedule a client's program

Here's how to move a client's current training day, of a Session 1 Day 1 program, in their calendar.

Coaches can reschedule a client's program for them

If your client is subscribed to one of your Session 1 Day 1 programs, you can now move their current day of the program. As a result, the program will shift on the client's calendar to the week and day you have specified. Here's how to do this..

1. Select the Session 1 Day 1 program, find the client you'd like to reschedule and select the 'Reschedule' icon.

2. Enter the Week and Day number you'd like to reschedule the client to.

Most coaches match days 1 to 7 with the week days, Monday to Friday. So if today is Wednesday, you may want to move the client to Day 3 of the relevant week of training.

3. Choose whether to clear future programming.

This will come in handy if you don't want the client to see programming. For example, if you rescheduled a client to Week 30, instead of only Week 3, they'll now have access to all programming between Week 1 and Week 30, Day 7. So when moving them back to the correct Week 3, you can choose to clear future programming they would have otherwise had access to.

4. Once you're ready, select Confirm.

IMPORTANT

In addition to rescheduling, the coach may choose to clear future programming. This will result in the removal of future training days after 7 days from current date, as well as any performance notes or comments contributed to those training days.

Remember that client's only see the next 7 days of training when following a Session 1 Day 1 program. Also, they'll only be able to view programming up until the last day of their program trial, until their first payment has been successful. So if they have 2 trial days left, they'll see 2 days of programming.
