Why can't I create a track?

Reasons why you can't create a track and how to resolve.

The Tracks feature is available to use whilst on FITR's 14 day free trial, and then is only available on our Unlimited plans for coaches.

If you cannot create a track then you are not currently subscribed to the Unlimited plan.

If you are a coach on Starter or Pro please upgrade to Unlimited via 'Settings' and 'Subscription' to use Tracks. Here's more information on how to upgrade.

If you downgrade from Unlimited to Pro or Starter you will lose access to Tracks but all your different tracks and content will be saved so it is available again when you're ready to upgrade.
