Why can't I create a track?

Reasons why you can't create a track and how to resolve.

The Tracks feature is available to use whilst on FITR's 30 day free trial, and then is only available on our Professional Plan.

If you cannot create a track then you are not currently subscribed to the Professional Plan.

If you are a coach on the Free Plan please upgrade to the Professional Plan via 'Settings' and 'Subscription' to use Tracks.

If you downgrade from the Professional Plan to the Free Plan you will lose access to Tracks but all your different tracks and content will be saved so it is available again when you're ready to upgrade.
