Start by logging into your client account on a web browser.
Click the avatar icon at the top right corner then select billing.
Then select 'add new payment information'
by selecting the pencil icon, you will have the opportunity to update your personal information(contact details/home address)
It's not possible to delete the only payment method on your account whilst you have an active subscription. Please first add another method, then delete the first.
Please contact FITR support if you're having any issues updating your payment information or adding a new card.
