1) Why can't I log in?
Try cleaning your cookies and cache on your browser.
Then try to change the password. And make sure you do not put your email instead of username! (We've been known to make the same mistake.)

There is a recover button

Enter your username or email address, and you will receive an email and the link to either change the password or how to recover your username.
Make sure to check your spam and promotion folders.
