FortuneJack recommends using 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) to better secure your account. After registration, you will receive the verification e-mail and link to verify your email in our database.
1. What is 2FA?
- 2FA offers you greater account security by requiring you to authenticate your identity in two stages. With this function, you can secure your account you’re your password and your private device (smartphone).
2. Why is it important to have 2FA?
- Passwords can easily be stolen or guessed. In fact, if you are using the same password on different accounts, it may already be known to a third party. With 2FA, you're given the opportunity to secure the login with an additional code using a generated app. You simply need to download the App onto your mobile device, then add your account into the software.
3. What if someone knows my password while I have 2FA activated?
- Even if someone were to get ahold of your primary password, they could not access your account unless they also had your mobile phone or another secondary means of authentication.
4. How do I add a new device as part of my 2Fa?
- Swipe 2FA to disable it, then swipe again to add a new device.
5. I have lost my phone. How can I access my account?
- Please send a request to disable 2FA on support email via your registration email.
6. How do I enable 2FA?
Go to Account--->Personal Info--->Security. There, you can find the section "Security Activate 2FA" by pressing Activate button , then inputting the code provided by Google Authenticator.
7. How do I cancel 2FA?
