1.What is the minimum amount I can deposit into my FJ account?

-We do not have a limit for the deposit, except TRX deposit- 50 TRX. You can send any amount. But if you want to receive a bonus, it must be activated from the MY ACCOUNT –> BONUSES section, and you must deposit at least 0.002 BTC (or its equivalent in other currencies.) Our advice is to check up on the game(s) you want to play, verify the minimum amount of the bets, and also if you would like to have a bonus, as those all have activation minimums. 

2.What is the deposit fee?

-It depends. The deposit fee will be indicated on the side of the server from where you are sending the funds.

3. I have sent the funds to my FJ account and they have not been reflected on my balance yet. Its status is UNVERIFIED.

-Until funds are reflected on the main balance, it first needs to be confirmed from the blockchain miners' side.

4. Can I change my deposit address?

-Yes, you can. It is up to you, you can make a deposit using the same address each time, or you can claim a NEW address via the appropriate button each time, and anything in between. Keep in mind that until you use your current deposit address, you won’t be able to claim a new one.

5. In which currencies can I make deposits?

-XDG, BTC, LTC, DASH, ZEC, ETH, TRX, USDT,USDC, BUSD, BNB, SOL -each of them may require a different quantity of confirmations from the blockchain miners' side.

6. I have sent LTC to a BTC address (or any currency to a mismatching wallet). What should I do? 

It's generally not possible to send crypto coin to a miss typed/wrong address, as it will not reach the destination. The wallet service you used to transfer BTC/LTC/BCH etc. has had to cancel the withdrawal when sending it to the wrong wallet. When our customer makes a withdrawal on any of the available currencies on the website—for example, a withdrawal of XDG to LTC address—the system cancels it automatically. In such cases, you have to refer to your wallet service.

7. How many confirmations are needed on the chain for the coin to be reflected on my balance?

For BTC, you need min two confirmation on the chain. Others go up to at least six and more.

8. What does "wager of deposit" mean?

Wagering means turnover, or the sum of the bet amount, which should equal the deposit amount.

9.How fast will the deposit take? 

It depends on the coin you have deposited. Also, sometimes block sizes are limited, which means that only a limited number of transaction scan be processed in a certain time frame, meaning you would have to wait till it gets confirmation on the chain.
