    1) Can I change my username?
Every registered username is unique in our system, so you are not able to change it once you are registered.

​    2) Can I exchange ETH to BTC or any other coin?
No, we do not do exchanges on our website.

​  3)  Why do I see my balance in USD when I have ETH in my account?
Most games from providers convert any available currency to USD, which means bets are made in USD and winnings are converted back to the currency you have in your balance.

​    4) What is mBTC?
Also known as millibitcoin, mBTC is simply one-thousandth of a BTC (1 mBTC = 0.001 BTC)

    5)  My transaction did not complete instantly. What should I do?  
Your transaction is simply undergoing a standard security checkup process and will be released by FortuneJack’s security team ASAP.

    6) I haven’t received my winnings. What should I do?  
Please don’t hesitate to contact FortuneJack’s Customer Service and provide them with the details, such as game name, transaction ID, round ID, and issue description. We’ll take it from there!

​    7) How can I contact the marketing department/social media managers/etc.?
You can send your request/proposal to support@fortunejack.com and it will be forwarded to the needed department.
