If you purchased a yearly membership through the Fieldy store and have not yet activated it in the app, please follow the updated steps below.
Activating Your Membership
Log in to the Fieldy application.
Go to Settings.
Open Membership & Usage.
Here, you can view your current usage and subscription details.Scroll down until you see:
“Purchased a membership? Redeem here.”Tap on it. This will open the membership redemption page.
Enter the email address used to purchase the membership.
Tap Send Code.
A verification code will be sent to your email address.
Copy the verification code from your email and paste it into the app to complete the activation process.
Troubleshooting
Please make sure the email address entered matches the exact email used during purchase.
If you do not receive the code, please check your spam/junk folder.
If the issue still persists, please contact our support team with a screenshot of the error message for further assistance.
