Why is my delivery taking longer than usual?

Current expected delivery times while we're fulfilling from a backup warehouse due to a temporary stock shortage.

Written by Lukas from Fieldy

We know waiting on an order is never fun, especially when it's taking longer than we normally quote. Here's what's going on and what to expect right now.

Why delivery is taking longer right now

We're currently experiencing a temporary stock shortage on the Fieldy 3 and Fieldy 3 Watch accessories. To keep orders moving, we're shipping affected colors from a backup warehouse while we replenish our primary stock. This adds extra time to a standard delivery window for those items compared to our usual timeframes (3-5 days).

These are the timeframes you can expect right now, by product (updated as of today):

Please note: The whole order comes in one package. If one of your items at checkout has a longer delivery window shown, that's typically an estimate of when your order will arrive. Due to tremendous demand, Watch Accessories typically delays orders for an extra couple of days.

These extended timeframes are temporary for the affected Fieldy 3 and Fieldy 3 watch accessories. Once our regular stock is back, delivery times will return to our standard windows (3-5 days in the US, 10-14 days internationally).

What this means for your order

Your order is confirmed and being processed - the extra time is due to shipping logistics, not an issue with your specific order. You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your package ships, so you can follow its progress.
