The easiest way to update a contact in your Finta CRM is to ask Aurora for help. She has full visibility and capabilities within your Finta account - so you can simply drop the updated info into a chat with her and request her to make the update for you.
To manually update the contact, open the contact by clicking on their name in the CRM.
Select which set of information you'd like to view and edit (contact details like title, phone and email will be under details).
Update the details by typing directly in the fields. Changes will auto save.
