When sending multiple emails at a time, it's easier and faster to do it all at once. Mail merging is a great tool to save time and send emails efficiently.

Navigate to the Investor CRM. Multi-select investors by clicking the checkboxes to the left of the investor CRM list.

Assign your deal to the list of investors selected.

Click "Send Mail."
