You may need to update your saved email templates and personalize them for your company. These templates can be sent to multiple investors, so it's important to have accurate information.
You have two scripts for every stage: one fixed template and one A.I. prompt. The fixed template is written by you and will not change per person. The A.I. prompt is more personalized and will change per person.
How to Update Fixed Email Templates
Navigate to the Investor CRM and click "Email Templates & Prompts."
Here you can edit every template for each stage. Click "Save Template" when done.
How to Update Finta A.I. Email Prompts
Navigate to the Investor CRM and click "Email Templates & Prompts."
Toggle over to "Copilot" and select a stage to edit.
Create prompt guidelines for Finta A.I. to follow. A.I. will then generate a personalized email using all known information about each investor. This can be used for each stage of the funnel. Click "Save Prompt" when done.
