How to Utilize the Data Room

Upload folders into sections to keep documents organized.

The Data Room is a great way to keep all documents and files needed for investors organized and stored in one place. You can create and label sections and upload folders into each one. Add these sections to your shareable deal link to share with investors.


Navigate to the Data Room. To add a section, click "Add Section" in the top-right corner.


To upload documents to the data room, click the blue "Add Folder" button in the top-right corner. A drop-down menu will allow you to choose which section you want to upload your document to.


Type in the Folder's title.


Now you can upload a file to the folder created. You can upload multiple files to one folder.
