To cancel your subscription:

Begin by navigating to the subscription page and click Cancel Subscription.

You can opt to cancel, pause, or modify your subscription before completing a brief survey about your experience with FLOWN, which helps us better understand our member's needs.

To deactivate your account:

If you want to permanently delete your account, visit your account settings and select deactivate your account.

If you're nearing the end of your subscription period, we recommend initiating this process well in advance as it may take 2 to 5 days for your account deletion request to be fully processed.

Once your account deletion request is processed, all your account and profile information will be erased from our records.

Cancelling your free trial

Unless you’ve opted for a paid FLOWN membership, we will not charge you once the trial ends. Your account will automatically transition to a FLOWN Free membership at the end of your trial period.

Iif you prefer to remove or delete your membership during your trial, please follow the deactivate account steps listed above.
