Want to take a short break from FLOWN?

When you select to cancel your membership in your subscription settings, you'll also be provided with the option to pause your membership for anywhere between 1 to 3 months.

Keep in mind that it takes our team 2 to 5 days to process a pause request, so be sure to select this within good time before your membership is set to renew.

Once your chosen pause period is up, we'll automatically reactivate your membership, and you can dive right back into the FLOWN experience.
