We encourage deep work on the platform which requires members to set aside possible distractions. That being said we totally understand that phone calls for some can either be part of your work or necessary if you’re an emergency contact work routine.

So if you need to make or take calls, please turn your camera off whilst doing so to avoid distracting other members.
