1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using FLOWN’s Fleets, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

To use Fleets, you must be a FLOWN paid member. This includes those on monthly, quarterly, yearly and lifetime memberships. Members either within their Trial or on a FLOWN Free membership cannot use the Fleets product. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.

3. PAYMENT

All payments for Fleets are due at the time of booking. We use a secure online payment system to process payments.

When a deposit payment is made this is non-refundable. This deposit confirms your place on the Fleet, the balance of the Fleet fee must be completed at least 14 days before the Fleet kick off session. Failure to do so will remove your place on the Fleet.

4. SCHEDULING YOUR FLEET

Once the booking has been confirmed the Fleet lead will confirm your Fleet session dates and times. These will be based upon the availability provided during the application process. If your availability has changed then a refund can be requested up to 48 hours before the first Fleet session.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Fleet payments are non-refundable unless cancelled or rescheduled by FLOWN. If you want to dispute a payment, please get in touch with the support team at hello@flown.com.

6. ATTENDANCE POLICY

There will be 6 live sessions within a Fleet, all the sessions will be planned and sent out ahead of the start of the first Fleet session, if you cannot attend a session FLOWN cannot provide a partial refund.

7. DISCLAIMER

Neither FLOWN nor the Fleet leads shall be held liable or responsible for any inaccurate, misleading, or erroneous advice or content provided by Fleet leads within the sessions. Fleet leads will provide support and structure to help with productivity and focus and may curate insights in response to topics raised in Fleets. This is providing information, not advice. Fleet leads are not therapists, physicians or trained medical practitioners and therefore should not be considered as such. You assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the advice or content provided by the Fleet leads and agree to hold FLOWN and the Fleet leads harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from or related to such advice or content.

8. DATA HANDLING AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Any data shared within a Fleet will be visible to FLOWN and the other Fleet members, unless agreed by the Fleet member this data will not be shared outside of FLOWN or the other Fleet members. FLOWN will handle data responsibly and securely, adhering to GDPR regulations.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your account and/or access to the Fleet at any time for any reason.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
