The audit trail is a very useful feature when you have gone through a negotiation with a customer or vendor and there are multiple versions of the same quote.
Access the audit trail from the quote review page by selecting the Audit Trail icon.
On the bottom of the screen, you will see a representation of each version of the quote created.
In the bottom left-hand corner is the quote status of each of the versions.
The paper airplane in the top right-hand corner signifies versions that have been sent to the customer. Check the box in the top left-hand corner of the window to only see versions that have been sent to the customer.
Each quote representation has the document number, the user who modified the quote, date of modification and total price.
Select the eye in the bottom right-hand corner to see a mock up of the entire quote.
