How to deactivate users

Gain control over your user list by deactivating and reactivating users

When a member of your sales team leaves their position and you no longer need their license, you can deactivate their user. 

Who can deactivate users?
Deactivating a user requires you to have business admin privileges.

After deactivating: 

  1. The user will no longer have access to Freightos AcceleRate.

  2. You will not be billed for the user license beginning the following month.

To deactivate a user:

  1. View all users through Setup-> Users.

  2. Select the user you wish to deactivate.

  3. Select the deactivate button at the top of the page. 

To reactivate a user:
Find the deactivated user by filtering all deactivated users from your user list.

  1. Access filters by clicking on the Filters tab.

  2. Check the Activate box twice. 

The first time the box is checked, a checkmark will appear and the user list will filter to all active users

The second time the box is checked an X will appear and the user list will filter to all deactivated users. (See below)

Select the user you wish to activate.

You will see that their email has changed to include the word deactivate and the date of deactivation. 

To reactivate select the reactivate button.



See a full list of your users on the user page (Setup -> Users) and download them in an excel file by selecting the download button. If there are more than 100 users, the file will be emailed to you.
