Adding an internal note is a great way to communicate with team members from different departments without sharing the information with the customer. 

From the quote review page, just select the note icon.

A sticky note will appear with a free text field. 

Don't forget to save when you're done.

A few tips:

1. A note can be edited by anyone who has edit privileges on the quote.

2. To edit or delete the note, choose the corresponding button at the top of the note.
