AcceleRate offers multiple ways to get a quote to your customer. Access all the options from the quote review page.
Email to customer:
This is the recommended way to get a quote to your customer. It takes the least amount of time and provides your customer with both a link to their quote and a PDF. Selecting Email a customer will create a pop up window previewing your email.
Fill in the from, to, subject and body using the formatting tools. To make this process even quicker, create an email template by selecting the Edit email template button below the body of the email. For more information on adding and editing your email template read our article here.
If you selected a customer or contact to send the quote to on the quote query page, the To section of the email will be automatically filled in.
A link to your quote will be automatically added to each email (though this will not be visible in the preview window).
When your customer clicks the link, a new window will open with their quote including an Accept and Reject button. No password is required to access this page. You will immediately be notified when your customer makes a decision regarding your quote. In addition, the quote will be automatically be updated as Secured or Lost to reflect your customer's choice.
Your customer can also directly message you with any comments or questions from the quote page by selecting Email vendor.
The email will include the quote in PDF form as well.
2. Email PDF to me
This is similar to Email to customer but populates the To line with your email.
3. Link to share
Choosing Link to share provides you with a link you can copy paste into your own email chain. The link will lead to a page featuring your quote, where the customer can choose to Accept or Reject. No password is required to access this page.
When choosing this option, a pop up window will appear with the link. Right click on the link to copy.
4. Download as PDF
If you need a copy of the quote in PDF form, choose this option.
