When editing your quote you can quickly apply markups or discounts to subtotals or the total cost: no calculator or mental math required.

From the quote review page, choose the edit icon. To learn more about editing a quote, watch our two-minute video here.

Scroll down to the bottom of the quote to see quote subtotals. On the right of each line is an edit arrow with options to duplicate, delete or markup each line. Select Markup to markup or discount the subtotal by a percent. 

Enter any number in the Markup (%) field. Below the Markup field, see the Current Value and the value after the markup is applied (Will become). If you want to apply a discount, enter a negative number into the Markup (%) field. 

Select the % button to the right of the Total Price field to apply the markup or discount to the entire quote.

All fees, subtotals or totals can be changed directly by editing their cell.

Select save after the desired changes have been made.
