Once you have amassed a number of saved quotes, you may need to find one or you may want to see all of the quotes that are still pending. This can be accomplished easily through filtering. To receive a full overview on filtering and quote management, watch our two-minute video here. To see all of your quotes select All quotes, My quotes or Quotes shared with me under Quoting. 

This will take you to a page with a list of quotes with basic information like Created Date, Document Number, Valid Until, From Person, Account, Origin, Destination, Total Price, Quote Status, and Mode. 

Select the Filter button and to see a full list of parameters to filter by. 

If your filtered list is under 100 quotes it will be downloaded as an excel file. If it's over 100 quotes, the excel file will be sent to your email. The excel file includes other fields not seen on the quote management page.
