When you can't remember your username or password there is a very easy reset option. Navigate to your company's Freightos AcceleRate login page. Most users use their work email as their email to log in. If you can't remember your password, select the Forgot password link under the email field. 

A window will appear prompting you to enter your email. Your password will then be sent to your email. Make sure to enter your same work email connected to your user. 

After you enter your email, select Email me a link to reset my password. You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password. At any time after resetting your password, you can change it. Learn how here.

Check the Keep me signed in box under the Password field for a quicker sign in experience.
