On the quote review page, there are two numbers on the right-hand side: the reference number and the document number.

Document Number: This number is automatically populated and can not be changed. The document number is used to track your quote within the Freightos platform. All of your quotes can be found on the quote management page. Learn more about how to manage your quotes here.   

Reference Number: This number can be changed to better reflect your business needs. Edit the number by selecting the edit quote icon in the tip left corner. Use a number or nomenclature that is standard across the organization for an easy way to find unique quotes.
