The best steps to take when you receive an error message

If you come across an error message, there are a couple of steps you can take to fix the problem and get back to work. 

  1. Check your browser - Freightos AcceleRate works best on Google Chrome. If you are using Internet Explorer, we suggest you download either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

  2. Clear your Cache - If you need help with how to clear your cache, see our article here.

  3. Message support with a picture - Sending a picture of the error message or problem to support helps to quickly identify the problem.

How to take a screenshot:
On a Mac - Shift + Control + Command +4 will turn your cursor into crosshairs. Drag them across the part of your screen you would like to capture. In the chat window, paste (Command + V) your picture and it will appear in the window.

On a PC -  Printscreen PrtScn (usually located in the upper right corner of the keyboard) will turn your cursor into crosshairs. Drag this over the part of the screen you want to take a picture of. You will hear a click with the screenshot is captured. In the chat window, paste (Ctrl + V) your picture and it will appear in the window.
