Duplicating a quote often is a great time-saving trick users employ to quickly get quotes out to customers. But it's important to understand that the rate stays the same when the quote is duplicated, meaning it may not be the most up to date rate available.
The best way to ensure your rate is up to date is to resubmit the quote, which can be done either from the quote management page or from the quote review page.

To duplicate a quote:
Find the quote you want to duplicate on the quote management page.
Select the quick action button on the right of the line and select duplicate.
For the most up to date rates, it is best to select Resubmit from the quick action menu.
