Surcharges found on carrier tariffs are automatically added to the rates on your site. However, we know that sometimes you want to include other surcharges such as internal charges or additional carrier-specific charges. 

Take control over this process by filling out, uploading and updating the Surcharge Template.

The first tab is where you would include general surcharges that are non-specific to trade-lanes or carrier. The second tab enables you to add surcharges for specific trade-lanes or carriers. 

 In the template, you will find descriptions and examples to guide you when you fill it out. 

To upload your file, access 'Spreadsheet (FUF) imports' as seen below.

Press 'New' at the top right of the page. 

Choose your file by pressing the 'Choose File' button.
Make sure you select 'yes' or 'no' as seen in the example below.

Choose 'Import FUF spreadsheet' when finished.

Once imported, refresh the page and you will see whether the import was successful. This may take several moments.
