South Africa's local charges (both origin and destination) require percentages to be calculated in a specific way

When quoting from or to South Africa, specific local charges require percentages to be calculated in the following way. 

CAF

CAF should be calculated as 3.5% of total foreign disbursements converted to ZAR where total foreign disbursements are made up of all charges not in ZAR.

Agency 

Agency should be calculated as 4.5% of total disbursements where total disbursements are made up of all charges excluding the Agency and Finance charges.

Finance 

Finance Fee is applicable to 30 day accounts and should be calculated as 1.54% of total disbursements where total disbursements are made up of all charges excluding the Agency and Finance charges.

Fluctuation Fee (Only for LCL Import to JNB) 

Fluctuation Fee should be calculated as 5.0% of total foreign disbursements converted to ZAR where total foreign disbursements are made up of all charges not in ZAR.
