Set the times that your venue is open for business

Follow these steps to set up your weekly opening hours. These are the times that you are open for business, and can be different from the times that you are available for bookings.

Navigation bar: Administration > Settings

Page: Opening hours

  1. Click Venue opening hours.

  2. For Monday, set the from and to times to indicate when your venue is open for customers, or check the Closed checkbox if you don't open that day.

  3. If your venue has more than one opening period, such as before and after lunch, click the + symbol to add more.

  4. If all or most days are similar to Monday, click Copy to all days.

  5. Set or update the opening hours for the rest of the days as necessary.

  6. Click Save venue hours.

Set the times that your venue is available for booking

Follow these steps to define the times when your venue accepts online bookings.

Navigation bar: Administration > Settings

Page: Opening hours

  1. Click Booking opening hours.

  2. Set up the hours for each day in the same way you set up the opening hours in the section above called Set the times that your venue is open for business.

The time you set in the To field is the latest time that a booking can start, not when it ends.

Check Use seating slots if your guests can only book at certain time slots. For example, if the seating duration is 2 hours and you open for booking at 14:00, then guests can book for the time slots 14:00, 16:00, 18;00 etc.

If you allow same-day bookings, you can give a deadline for each day by setting a time in the Booking Deadline column.

Set your future booking opening hours

Your venue may have seasonal changes to online booking opening hours. Follow these steps to define a future schedule.

Navigation bar: Administration > Settings

Page: Opening hours

  1. Click Future booking opening hours.

  2. Click Select a start date or range to set a start date, and, optionally, an end date.

  3. Set up the hours for each day in the same way you set up the opening hours in the section above called Set the times that your venue is available for booking.

  4. Click the Save Future Booking Hours button.

Set special closing days

Your venue may close on certain days. To make sure people cannot book for those days, do the following:

Navigation bar: Administration > Settings

Page: Opening hours

  1. click Special closing days.

  2. Click Add closing days and select a day or range in the calendar.

  3. Click Apply to add that day or date range to the list of dates when your venue cannot be booked.

  4. Repeat steps 4 through 5 to add more days.
