What to do when guests don't show

Cancellations are managed inside the Update Booking panel which is accessible by clicking on a booking in the Schedule tab, by clicking Edit in the List view tab, or by clicking on a booked table in the Floor plan tab.

Cancellations

At the top of the Update Booking panel, click on the Cancel button. In the dialog that opens, click Yes to delete the booking. The booking will disappear from the timeline and the slot will become available once again.

No-Shows

At the top of the Update Booking panel, click on the No show button. In the dialog that opens, click Yes to delete the booking. This is identical to the procedure to cancel a booking, but the system registers that the guests did not show up, allowing you to take further action.
