Some products are only available at certain times or on certain days of the week

Use Availability to automatically show or hide products from the Menu according to the time of day and/or the day of the week.

Set up Availability

Navigation bar: Administration > Menu

Page: Availability

To create an Availability , follow these steps:

  1. Click Add availability.

  2. In the panel, give the Availability a name.

  3. For Monday, set the from and to times to indicate when the product is available, or uncheck the Available checkbox if it is not available that day.

  4. If your venue has more than one opening period, such as before and after lunch, click the + symbol to add more.

  5. If all or most days are similar to Monday, click Copy to all days.

  6. Set or update the availability hours for the rest of the days as necessary.

  7. Click Add availability.

At this point you have created one or more Availabilities, but they are not associated with any particular product. To associate a product with an Availability, you have to update the product itself. Do the following:

Page: Menu

  1. Click the product you wish to modify with an Availability.

  2. In the panel, click Availability.

  3. Select the option that applies to this product..

  4. Click Update Product to save your changes.

By default, all products are assigned to the ‘All day’ Availability.
