Introduction
Depending on which interface they are using, an Updater can mark a legal entity “Ready for Verification” in one of two ways: via the Home Hub or via the My Verifications tab on a Companies or Manage Verifications panels.
Using the Home Hub
Click on the Awaiting Verification tile. This tile contains the number of legal entities awaiting verification.
A list of the legal entities whose data changes need to be marked ready is displayed.
On the tab, choose one or more legal entities by selecting the checkbox alongside each one, then right-click and choose Verifications in the right-click menu to mark the entity ready for verification in that Verification Phase. Alternatively, you can open the Snapshot of the legal entity and click on the Mark Ready button. These options are available only if you are the Updater for the entity in the selected Verification Phase.
Using the My Verifications Panel
Navigate to the My Verifications tab on the Companies (for non-Administrators) or Manage Verifications (for Administrators) panel on its relevant Homepage Tab.
On the tab, choose one or more legal entities by selecting the checkbox alongside each one, then right-click and choose Verifications in the right-click menu to mark the entity ready for verification in that Verification Phase. Alternatively, you can open the Snapshot of the legal entity and click on the Mark Ready for Verification button. These options are available only if you are the Updater for the entity in the selected Verification Phase.
Please note: If a user is the Updater and the Verifier for an entity, they can skip the Mark Ready for Verification step if the appropriate system option has been configured; see Enabling Immediate Verification (Admin Only) for more details.
If you are authorized to perform a verification action (Mark Ready for Verification/Verify/Reject) for one or more other entities within the Verification Phase, you can use the Next and Previous icons to navigate to them directly. Hovering over the icons will show you the name of the entity that you will move to. These entities are presented in alphabetical order.
If you are not authorized to perform a verification action on any other entity in the Verification Phase, the Next and Previous buttons will be inactive.
