Having issues during registration? This article shows the common problems and how to solve them.

Choosing An Account Type

The first step to complete the registration is choosing an account type between three available options- a Buyer Account, Broker Account and a combined Seller and Buyer account. Read more about them here.

Company Name Is Taken

This error message means that another team member has already registered with the company's name. You should contact that teammate in order to ask him for access to your company pages (read about adding teammates here).

If no one in the company opened an account at Get-Diamonds, that might mean that there is another company with the same name as yours. In that case, contact us and we will help you.

Email Address Already In Use

Please check that you didn't register to Get-Diamonds in the past since the system remember you if you did. You can stop the registration process and instead login with that email. If you forgot the password to your Get-Diamonds account, simply click "reset password" in the login page.

Missing AML / KYC Fields

The AML/KYC form is a crucial (and formal) baseline that all Get-diamonds members must fill and be approved in order to publish their diamonds on the platform. We stand strong with these formal guidelines and cannot assist members who wish to register or upload diamonds to the system without submitting these forms. If you wish to receive more information or discuss the content of the form, feel free to contact us.

Reset Password Email Does Not Appear In My Inbox

The reset email takes up to 1 day to arrive in the user's inbox, so allow some time for it to arrive. Also, check your junk and spam folders since it can also appear there.

Invalid SMS Verification Code/No Code Is Sent To My Phone

Our texts are sent from all around the world and it might take a few minutes. We recommend waiting up to 30 minutes before trying again, and if after 30 minutes the code still hasn't arrived, try another phone number and make sure you write the number in the accepted way.
