If during setup, there are no voice prompts after pressing the setup button on the SmartCam, please check the LED status light on the camera:

  • If the light is solid yellow please ensure you are using the provided power cord and wall plug.

  • If you are, try using another power cord and wall plug. (If this resolves the issue, please reach out to technical support for a replacement power cable and wall plug.)

  • Try to hold the setup button down for 30 seconds until you hear the SmartCam click. Once you hear a click, release the button. This will reset your SmartCam¬†

If you are still unable to connect to your network please contact technical support for further assistance.
