If your LeakBot has sent you a notification, or it has changed state within the Hedge app to "High Water Usage"; this means that your LeakBot has detected a high water flow through your water main for a continuous period of longer than 50 minutes.

This alert could be caused by any of the following:

If you receive this alert, we ask you to check each of the above possibilities to try and determine exactly why you're seeing this behavior. If the reason does not become totally apparent, this could be also be due to a burst pipe behind a wall or under a floorboard.
