Who Is Allowed to Trade a Hyperticks Account?

This article explains the account ownership and usage requirements for Hyperticks challenge and funded accounts.

At HyperTicks, it is strictly required that all challenge accounts are traded exclusively by the account owner. Once a phase has been successfully completed, no modifications or changes in trading responsibility are permitted. Any violation of this rule will be considered a breach of the account.

Key Requirements

  • Only the original account owner may trade the account at all times.

  • No third parties are allowed to trade or manage the account on your behalf.

  • No changes to the trading setup or user identity are permitted after progressing to a new phase.

  • The use of shared devices (such as a partner's PC or mobile phone) for accessing or trading on HyperTicks accounts is strictly prohibited.

Example: Using the same phone or computer as another trader to manage your HyperTicks account may result in immediate disqualification.

📝 Why This Matters

These rules exist to:

  • Protect the integrity of the challenge process

  • Ensure that all trading activity is a direct reflection of the account holder's skill

  • Prevent identity misuse, collusion, or unfair advantage

🚨 Consequences of Breach

Any violation of these terms whether through shared access, third-party involvement, or device misuse may lead to:

  • Immediate account failure

  • Disqualification from further participation

  • Potential permanent ban from HyperTicks services
