Device Sharing & Copy-Trading Prohibition

This article explains why device sharing and copy-trading are prohibited at Hyperticks and how traders must operate independently to remain compliant.

Traders are required to maintain individual accountability and independent trading behavior.

Device Sharing Is Not Allowed

Two traders cannot log into their accounts using the same device, including:

  • Phones

  • Tablets

  • Laptops

  • Desktop computers

This policy applies even if traders are part of the same household or trading group.

Copy-Trading Is Prohibited

You are not allowed to mirror or duplicate another trader's positions, including:

  • Entering the same trades at the same time

  • Cancelling or managing trades in coordination with others

  • Manually duplicating entries/exits from a third party

These actions violate the spirit of fair competition and are flagged by HyperTicks' compliance team using behavioral analysis tools.

Violators will be permanently banned.
