This article outlines the actions Hyperticks may take if trading rules or policies are violated, including account termination and payout forfeiture.

Violation Consequences

If any of the above rules are violated, Hyperticks reserves the right to take the following actions without warning:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Confiscation of all profits, including pending or past payouts

  • Nullification of passed evaluations, disqualifying the trader from funding

  • Permanent ban from all future Hyperticks programs

Traders found using forbidden strategies or tools after payout approval may have their evaluations retroactively invalidated. Hyperticks performs routine audits and compliance reviews before releasing funds.
