Getting started with the Hyperticks web platform is simple and intuitive. To begin, just click the Login to Hyperticks button from your dashboard. This will redirect you to the platform's login page.
Logging In
After clicking the link, you'll be asked to log in using the platform credentials provided to you by Hyperticks via email.
Login Screen:
When the login page appears, enter your username and password (note: passwords are case-sensitive). Once submitted, you'll gain access to the Hyperticks web platform.
Choosing the Data Feed
After logging in, you'll need to select the appropriate feed to ensure you're connected to dxFeed. Without connecting to the data feed, trading on the platform will not be possible.
How to connect to the feed:
From the left-hand menu, click Web Platform.
Click "select a connection".
Choose Hyperticks.
Once connected, a green dot will confirm that you are online and ready to trade.
Selecting an Asset to Trade
Go to the top left corner of the chart near the timeframe options and click the asset selector.
A pop-up box will appear where you can type the ticker symbol.
Enter the first two letters of the product's symbol.
Example: NQ for NASDAQ, CL for Crude Oil.
Select the continuous contract for that asset. The chart will then load for your chosen product.
