The maximum loss limit applies across both the challenge phase and the sim funded phase. If your account balance falls to or below this threshold at any point, the account will be considered breached.

The maximum loss limit does not reset. It is calculated from your starting account balance and applies at all times throughout both phases.
Traders must monitor their account balance carefully to ensure it does not fall to or below the maximum loss limit at any point.
