HYPER accounts are subject to an inactivity rule. If no trading activity is recorded on your account for 30 consecutive calendar days, your account will be considered inactive and may be closed.
This applies to both the challenge phase and the sim funded phase, across all plan sizes ($25,000 / $50,000 / $100,000).
To keep your account active, ensure you place at least one trade within every 30-day period. If you anticipate a period of inactivity, please contact our support team via live chat or email before the 30-day window expires.
