How do I send training reminders to staff?

Reminder emails can be sent from the system to staff that are yet to sit the latest training

Note: Before sending the reminders, the training date should be reset to clear all historical training from the screen.

  1. From the training log, reset the training to the new date.
    ​Find out how to reset the training
  2. Select the staff that need a training reminder.
  3. For multiple staff, choose 'Action Checked' and 'Send Reminders'

4. For individual staff, click the 'Send reminder' button
